The primary purpose of the Reserve Area is the organization and lending of textbooks, bibliographic and electronic resources with limited circulation. It also has a reserve area for materials left by professors.
LENDING POLICY
Materials may be borrowed for two hours and must remain in the library. Due to high demand, holds may not be placed on them.
FINES POLICY
Any user who does not return a book or resource when it is due will be fined $1.00 an hour per resource.
RESERVE AREA FOR PROFESSORS
Library services include a reserve area in which professors may leave books, magazines, CDs, multimedia material, and digital material in a variety of external storage devices (such as USB flash drives and memory cards) for their students. Professors should evaluate and recommend the resources needed for their courses. They should contact the faculty liaison librarian to learn about, and make use of, library processes and services.
