This thesaurus permits the use of a controlled vocabulary in the description, access, and exchange of information on objects related to art, architecture, and other material cultures.

This thesaurus includes the terminology of economic literature, incorporates new formulations of existing concepts, and redefines new hierarchical structures between the terms.

Its purpose is to permit the use of a controlled vocabulary for information retrieval in the field of philosophy, from the perspective of gender for a wider and more inclusive vision.
