 Visiones transversales de Puerto Rico y el Caribe ("Crosswise Visions of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean") is the result of a years-long international research project, with the participation of a group of historians and specialists from various disciplines in Caribbean Studies. As the title suggests, the book uses the image of being crosswise as a lens through which to explore, from multiple perspectives, the diversity implied by the Caribbean region, particularly the island of Puerto Rico.
