The libraries possess a variety of resources and collections available in print and electronic formats, which can be accessed remotely or with a computer for in-person use. They offer students, professors, and the community:

• Bibliographic resources (books, magazines, etc.) and databases pertaining to academic programs and current topics.
• Programs pertaining to academic offerings.
• Services for the development of information and technology competencies.
• Workshops directed at students and faculty on the information resources available in our libraries, such as the use and management of the programs and electronic platforms required in courses.
• The maintenance and guarantee of operation and service, both in-person and remotely.
• The 24/7 availability of electronic resources through our pages.

These services are essential to meet the information needs of students and professors, as well as to fulfill the requirements of their academic specialties. All resources are in accordance with the accrediting agencies and with the existing academic programs.

The library will be recognized as a physical and virtual space focused on providing information service of excellence, which encourages its users to develop information literacy and research skills, with social responsibility, and local and global projection.

Mission

The UAGM Library, under the Vice Presidency of Academic Affairs, promotes the diversity of its users in the development of competencies for the ethical and critical use of information, either in person or at a distance. Also, promotes quality in teaching, research, innovation, entrepreneurship, and internationalization, through the preservation, dissemination, and access to resources relevant to academic programs.
